- Payments: if you pay a deposit or invoice online, billing details processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your full credit-card number – card data is handled directly by our payment processor (see Section 5).
- Newsletter / marketing emails: if you sign up, your email address (and name, if provided).
- Other correspondence: information you provide when you call, email, or message us, including service history.
