  • Payments: if you pay a deposit or invoice online, billing details processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your full credit-card number – card data is handled directly by our payment processor (see Section 5).
  • Newsletter / marketing emails: if you sign up, your email address (and name, if provided).
  • Other correspondence: information you provide when you call, email, or message us, including service history.

  • Usage and device data: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date/time of your visit.

Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
