We've used Synoptic Heating and Cooling Inc a few years ago when installing a water heater and most recently to service a old air conditioner. The Synoptic team was easy to get ahold of - and appointments were easy to make. They were on time, extremely kind and so pleasant to work with. I first dealt with this company in 2018 I believe when they replaced my furnace. I had picked them because their quote was the most fair, they were quick and friendly. My heat had stopped in -40 degree weather and they came that day even tho they were busy.
Since then I have used them to replace a water heater and then recently install a tankless water heater in our new place this past year.
I will continue to use and recommended this company as we have always received quick knowledgeable service with a smile
