Last week, Synoptic replaced our furnace and A/C and installed a tankless water heater, all in one job. Doing three major systems at once can be disruptive, but the crew made it straightforward.
They arrived on time, explained the equipment and layout before starting, and kept the work area clean throughout. The installation is tidy and well organized: piping runs, neatly labelled connections, and proper condensate routing. When they finished, they walked us through operating and maintaining each unit and answered all our questions.
Special thanks to Ark for a well-organized, professional team. The quote was clear, with no surprises on the final invoice.

Amazing service! When our air conditioner stopped working during this intensely hot summer, Synoptic came to our rescue immediately. I was recommended Synoptic by a family member and was excited to use them when I found my A/C unit was struggling during a heatwave. However, when the technician came, he looked at my unit for 5 min maximum and told me to replace my unit. While I appreciate his experience with HVAC equipment, it left a sour taste in my mouth when he dismissed all my questions about the unit and kept pushing me to replace it, and that was the only way I could stay cool through the summer. The unit wasn't even touched; one glance, and I was told to replace the unit, and he left. I was then told I was being charged a diagnostic fee for simply looking at the unit from afar.
